Far Eastern Fish Exchange is happy to announce its first auction

 May 23, the first auction is conducted and the first deals on the buying and selling of aqutic biological resources are closed. The basis of lots was the red salmon caviar. The company that closed the first exchange deal, was "Koryakmoreprodukt", LLC, according to the "Pacific Russia."

Auction participation of the fishing companies from the northeastern Russia was made possible by the active support of the Government of the Kamchatka Territory, said the President of the "Far Eastern Fish Exchange", JSC, Sergey Lelyukhin. He also stressed that the work of a single exchange electronic platform is fully consistent with the national policy in the field of catching, processing and selling of marine biological resources, stipulated by the order of the President and instructions of the Russian Federal Fisheries Agency – It’s not the first year when Russia actively discusses the need to streamline the trade of marine biological resources and to ensure the activity of the specialized financial institutions – the so-called fish exchanges.
