How to Become a Customer

To become an auction customer, please prepare the following documents:

An application to Director General of Saint-Petersburg Exchange JSC (form) with a request for conduction an auction;

An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities certified by a tax authority, issued no later than thirty (30) days from the documents submission date;

A copy of Articles of Association;

A copy of the minutes/resolution for CEO appointment;

A statement of company fields of activity;

Documents confirming the ownership for the goods (property) to be set for an auction (for instance, a delivery contract);

Description of the goods (property) to be set for the auction (GOST/TU, packaging etc., depending on the product peculiarities);

Draft Sale and Purchase Contract (subject to signing by winner of an open auction).

Upon consideration of an application Saint-Petersburg Exchange JSC will make an AGREEMENT for Organization of an Auction with the customer. 

РDevelop and approve, together with the customer, the RULES for conduction an auction for sale of the product set for bidding, and determine auction date/schedule.
