To take part in the auction please submit:

- an application for participation in the auction signed by CEO of a legal entity or by a natural person registered as an individual entrepreneur;

- an extract from the Unified State Register of legal entities certified by a tax authority;

- a copy of Articles of association;

- a copy (an extract from) the minutes or any other document on elections of the CEO;

- a power of attorney for participation in the auction;

- a contract for participation in the auction signed by Applicant;

Applications for participation in the auction are accepted from December 15, 20015 to December 30, 2015.

 If a decision is made to approve an Applicant for participation in the auction, Saint-Petersburg Exchange JSC will send

To the Participant a signed contract for participation in the auction and an invoice for accreditation services (auction fee)

in the amount of RUR5,000 (five thousand rubles).

A deposit for each lot in the amount of 2.5% of the lot initial price shall be remitted to Saint-Petersburg Exchange JSC bank account:
