More than a year ago at a meeting with Governor of Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Ilyukhin, we agreed to set up exchange and auction platforms for the implementation of aquatic biological resources, which were caught, harvested and processed by enterprises of Kamchatka region. According to these agreements, such sites have been opened basing on the Far Eastern fish auction house. For the refining of the technology, the company “Koryakmoreprodukt” has provided its products,- said General Director of JSC "Far Eastern fish auction house" Sergey Lelyukhin,- Today, in fact, was a legal consolidation of our relations, directly with the government of the Kamchatka region in the face of "Development Corporation of Kamchatka." According to him, the agreement also provides the implementation of infrastructure projects associated with the construction of cold storage facilities, office buildings and viewing platforms, needed to create a closed cycle of production and sales. "According to the instructions of the President, trade of aquatic bioresources should be as clear as possible, and the products must reach consumers fairly quickly. Together with the Far Eastern fish auction house, we direct all our efforts on the implementation of these orders, "- said General Director of OJSC "Corporation of the Kamchatka Territory" Nikolai Pegin. Creation of auction and exchange trade marketplaces makes aquatic biological resources completely clear, which is important for all participants, both sellers and buyers. "We conduct trading in a clear and totally transparent rules - the winner is the one who gives the highest price at the auction. And in the bidding process, the organizers have no technical possibility to intervene in the operation of the system. Everything is done automatically",- said Sergey Lelyukhin. He added that negotiations with companies of Kamchatka Territory on their bidding auction of the Far Eastern fish house are underway. The auction will be organized by request of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the region according to the rules agreed with the Government of the Kamchatka region.
