Services on support of Clients (suppliers) and Participants (buyers) of the auction on sale of WBR and their derivative products during preparation and conduct of bidding in an e-system and participation training.

For an auction Client (supplier)

  1. Training related to work with all the tools necessary for conduct of e-auctions.
  2. Drafting of a Contract template that is published in advance so that potential Participants of the auction could learn its terms and that will be signed by the end of the auction by Winner and Client.
  3. Preparation of a Presentation (in different formats) showing products (description, photos) put up for the auction as lots.
  4. Placement of information about the auction(s) and products put for sale in mass media (printed and electronic), web sites which are not related to mass media but are popular in the fishing industry, including informational notifications and analytical articles.
  5. Distribution of information by sending letters, holding individual personal meetings and making telephone calls, using other means of coverage of a process of auction preparation and conduct in order to attract more participants (buyers).
  6. Organization and holding of meetings and consultations necessary for a successful auction.
  7. Organization of an independent examination in order to prove conformity of the products with declared quality.
  8. Rendering other services on preparation and conduct of the auction on sale of WBR and their derivative products as agreed by the parties.

For an auction Participant (Buyer)

  1. Preparation of auction documents. Assistance in registration on an electronic trading floor and placement of an application(s).
  2. Provision of an AWS (automated workstation) in the office of Far East Auction Fish House JSC necessary to participate in trade sessions.
  3. Individual training related to work with all the tools necessary for conduct the auction and participation in them using e-systems.
  4. Giving consultations on the search of logistical solutions.
  5. Holding open and closed training seminars.
  6. Rendering other services facilitating successful participation in the auction as agreed by the parties.
